Renowned Ghanaian blogger and influencer Ameyaw Debrah has encouraged bloggers to venture beyond entertainment.
“I want to see more diversity. I think because I started entertainment and most of the people who came were entertained by the niche, this seems to be the type that is growing. I want people to turn to health blogs, food blogs, etc. ”
He added that the work of bloggers has grown so much that even government institutions and companies are using their services.
He also pointed out that for the development of the blogosphere, there must be a favorable environment for all actors on the ground.
Ameyaw has built a good reputation for years of blogging his with GhanaWeb, Pulse Ghana, YenCom, and his own website ameyawdebra.com, among others.
He is currently hiring other media workers to help him with his website, shows on YouTube, and other platforms.
He has been one of the biggest outlets for entrepreneurs looking to explore Ghana’s entertainment space and has supported various award programs, such as the Entertainment Achievement Awards, as a member of the Academy.
